Fresco course in Florence: next starting date April 30th 2007

Next April 30th 2007 a new Fresco course will start at Accademia del Giglio. The course will last 4 weeks and will include 56 hours of theory and practise. It will take place from Monday to Thursday, early in the afternoon. Students will learn how to make a Fresco, from the very beginning (how to construct the lathwork and the arriccio), through testing the colours with the pigmenti, until the preparation of cardbord and the sinopia. The course will be held in the school premises by our very experienced teacher and artist Gianparide Moretti. Entry dates for next summer 2007 are as it follows: June 4th and 25th, July 2nd and 23rd, August 6th and 20th, September 17th.
