TQAC sulla formazione dei docenti in Europa/Training, quality and certifications in FLT

Il Centro DITALS dell’Università per stranieri di Siena organizza il meeting internazionale TQAC sulla formazione dei docenti di lingue in Europa che si svolgerà a Siena il 4 e il 5 febbraio 2008 presso l’Auditorium dell’Università per Stranieri di Siena, Via Pispini 1A. L’incontro toccherà tematiche relative alla didattica delle lingue inglese, francese, tedesco, spagnolo, italiano e altre lingue diffuse in Europa con particolare riferimento alla formazione dei docenti. The DITALS Centre of the University for Foreigners in Siena (Italy) organize on February 4th and 5th 2008 the international meeting Training, quality and certifications in FLT (TQAC in FLT) whose aim is to compare good practices in Language Teacher Training in Europe in the light of the present European policy for foreign languages. Experts will present the state of the art in the field of training teachers of English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and other languages, discussing two important European documents: the European Profile for Language Teacher Education (2004) and the EPOSTL European Portfolio for Student Teachers of Languages (2005), recently translated in various languages. The idea is that a common policy for European Language Teacher Education needs to be discussed and adapted to various different contexts in order to favour quality teaching and plurilingual/intercultural competences in the future generation.
